Fees

The Portaria 327/2026/1, de 6 de agosto, establishes the fees applicable to the procedures for assessing requests and notifications relating to clinical investigations and performance studies of medical devices, and also sets the fees relating to the assessment of the respective substantial changes.

The Portaria 327/2026/1, de 6 de agosto, which implements the provisions of  national law Lei n.º 71/2025, of December 22, enters into force on November 6, 2026, from which date the provisions of Portaria n.º 63/2015, de 5 de março are repealed.
